A guarantee you can count on. Your website is essential when it comes to the success of your business. That's why you are guaranteed 99.999% uptime on all dedicated servers.

ServerIntelligent guarantees:

* Your hardware will be functioning 100% of the time (except in normal maintenance windows)

* Power and HVAC systems will be functioning 100% of the time (with the exception of normal maintenance)

* Network uptime will be 99.999%

If network failure causes your server to be down for more than one hour you will receive a refund on your next bill*. If you experience downtime for one of the reasons listed above you will receive 5% off next month's bill (up to 100%) for every hour of downtime you experience. Not applicable toward add-on services or hardware. ServerIntelligent's superior technology and infrastructure is what allows us to guarantee you 99.999% uptime. If there ever is a problem, our skilled technicians are available 24/7/365 to address your support needs. ServerIntelligent offers free basic support via phone and chat.

High-level technicians are accessible 7am-7pm PST for more complicated inquiries. In addition, advanced technical support for complex operations is available at a rate of $99/hour. Such work may include:

* Installation of software not part of a standard server package

* Advanced configuration of servers

* Custom backup scripts

* Mail server configuration

* Scripting
